OT Time accepts most out-of-network insurance plans. Our billing office will verify your insurance benefits and review this information with you prior to the start of therapy services. OT Time takes care of all insurance billing. Please call the office for more information.

Referrals for OT Time therapy can be from pediatricians, optometrists, counselors, teachers, and parents. We do request that a doctor’s script is obtained prior to the start of therapy services.

Call or email OT Time to set up a free phone consultation. At this time, general information will be gathered. Next, your health insurance plan will be contacted to verify your insurance coverage. This will be reviewed with you prior to the start of therapy. Then, an initial evaluation will be scheduled.

Intake/registration paperwork will be sent to you via our electronic portal system. Please complete and upload to the portal or print and bring completed forms to the initial appointment. We also request that you bring your health insurance card, a form of payment (check, cash or credit card), and any pertinent medical documents to be reviewed.

The initial evaluation is approximately 1.5-2 hours. This includes caregiver consultation, standardized testing, and clinical observations. Following the evaluation, if your child qualifies for therapy sessions, treatment sessions are typically 60 minutes weekly.

Yes, we love to collaborate with other professionals that your child may be working with as this can improve progress for your child. If you would like us to collaborate with other team members, we ask that you complete and sign a consent form which is provided in the intake paperwork.
